Bragg Gaming Group is making significant strides into the North American iGaming sector by purchasing Spin Games for $30 million. This agreement follows closely on the heels of Bragg’s licensing in Pennsylvania, demonstrating their dedication to US expansion.
Given Spin Games’ established presence in the US online casino landscape, Bragg is poised for immediate impact. They intend to introduce new casino games tailored specifically for US and Canadian players, encompassing both internally developed titles and exclusive offerings from partner studios. Furthermore, they plan to bring their successful European casino games to the North American market.
Yaniv Spielberg, Bragg’s Chief Strategy Officer, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating it will enable rapid growth in the US market by leveraging Spin Games’ technology and knowledge base. He also highlighted the value of Kent Young, Spin Games’ founder and CEO, who will serve as Bragg’s President of Americas, spearheading their expansion efforts with his three decades of experience in the North American gaming industry.
Bragg is moving swiftly, with aims to debut their initial exclusive games as soon as this autumn. These games, including titles such as “Egyptian Magic,” “Fairy Dust,” and “Paradise Ticket,” alongside games from their partner studios, will initially be accessible on their remote game servers in Connecticut, Michigan, and New Jersey, with a Pennsylvania launch to follow shortly thereafter.
Spin Games is expanding its slot and online gaming offerings to fresh territories! They’ve already launched in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, with Connecticut and British Columbia next on the horizon.
Their Chief Executive Officer is thrilled to be a part of the Bragg Gaming Group and believes their cutting-edge technology and fantastic games will make them a major force in the United States and Canada in the near future.
