Joonas Karhu, the Head of Business Development at Bojoko, has established the Expert Gaming Partner Alliance (EGPA) to rectify the disparity in the partnership between internet gaming providers and the marketers who drive customers to their platforms.
Presently, partnership terms heavily favor providers, enabling them to modify conditions or even dissolve agreements with minimal to no advance warning. This absence of certainty sharply contrasts with other sectors where agreements provide both sides with stability and safeguards.
The EGPA seeks to bring much-needed equity to partner marketing within the gaming industry. By promoting standardized agreements, the EGPA will endeavor to guarantee marketers are dealt with justly and obtain dependable compensation for the users they attract.
Bojoko has taken the initiative to facilitate the preliminary dialogues between the EGPA and providers, demonstrating a firm dedication to enhancing the marketer experience. All marketers are urged to become members of the EGPA to lend their support to this initiative.
“The manner in which internet gaming marketers are handled is dreadful in comparison to other industries,” remarked Karhu. “Functioning without contractual certainty is untenable and exposes businesses and their staff to considerable jeopardy.”
He continued, “My aspiration is that by forming the EGPA, we can furnish marketers with the contractual assurances they require to confidently endorse provider brands, knowing the users they deliver and the income they produce will be protected over time.”
